Independent QA review

We carry out impartial quality assurance visits to AP providers, assessing key areas such as safeguarding, curriculum, inclusion, leadership, and outcomes. Each visit includes a detailed written report with clear strengths, areas for development, and recommended actions - giving commissioners and providers valuable insights to drive improvement.

Provider Support & Development

We work directly with AP providers to help them meet and exceed quality expectations. This includes tailored support, coaching, mock reviews, and action planning to address specific challenges. Our aim is to build confidence and capability while maintaining a clear focus on pupil experience and outcomes.

QA Framework development

We design and deliver robust quality assurance frameworks tailored to your needs. Whether you need an off-the-shelf model aligned with national guidance or a fully bespoke framework co-produced with stakeholders, our approach ensures clarity, consistency, and accountability in how AP is monitored and improved.

AP Directory & Suitability Assessments

We help local authorities and schools create and maintain a trusted directory of approved AP providers. This includes suitability checks, safeguarding verification, and quality ratings — ensuring commissioning decisions are informed, safe, and aligned with statutory duties.

Staff Training

We provide targeted professional development sessions for local authority officers, school leaders, and AP staff. Topics include conducting QA reviews, interpreting quality standards, safeguarding responsibilities, and preparing for inspections — all designed to build internal capacity and shared understanding of what good AP looks like.

Stakeholder Engagement & Feedback

We facilitate structured feedback processes with pupils, parents/carers, and professionals to help improve provision from all angles. From surveys and interviews to focus groups and collaborative workshops, we ensure AP quality is driven by the voices of those who use and rely on it.
